We’re Hiring: Care Assistants
📍 Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth
🕐 Full-time and part-time opportunities available

We are recruiting Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth. You will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Assisting with medication in line with training and care plans
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Completing accurate care records
- Reporting changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing
- Promoting independence, dignity and personal choice

What we are looking for:

- The ability to travel between service users’ homes
Previous care experience is welcomed but not always essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided to applicants who demonstrate the right values and attitude.
