At Walfinch Greater Manchester South, we believe that great care starts with great people. We are looking for dedicated Female Care Assistants who share our passion for providing outstanding, person-centred care that enables people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
What we're looking for:
- Female Care Assistant (occupational requirement applies)
- Full-time or Part-time availability
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Own car (essential)
- No sponsorship available - applicants must already have the right to work in the UK
- Excellent spoken and written English β clear communication is absolutely essential
- Caring, kind, patient and respectful nature
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends

Your role will include:
- Supporting clients with personal care
- Assisting with medication
- Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients remain independent in their own homes
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Delivering care with dignity, compassion and respect
