Job Description
Care Professional – One-Hour Visits | £13–£14 per hour + Mileage

What You’ll Receive
- £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends
- Double time on bank holidays
- 30p mileage between clients
- Every second weekend off
- Full training – no experience needed
- City & Guilds-accredited dementia training available

- Guaranteed hours available after successful probation

Hours and Availability
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities and are looking for people who can support clients during the following times:
- 7am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm shifts
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
- Some flexibility to support client continuity

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Care Professional, you’ll help people stay safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. Every visit is personal, and your support may include:
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
- Light household tasks
- Medication prompts
- Meal preparation
- Attending appointments or shopping

You don’t need previous care experience to apply. We provide full training and ongoing support.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health and Safety awareness or basic training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
- Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development
- Reliable transport and punctuality record
- Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity
