We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our growing team, supporting people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where your kindness, patience, and dedication will have a genuine impact on people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Professional, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care, including:

  • Supporting with daily routines and personal care
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Supporting with medication administration.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: £14.10 – £14.50 per hour
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday rate: £21 per hour
  • Guaranteed hours contracts available
  • 35p mileage allowance
  • Minimum 1-hour visits – no rushed calls, time to care properly
  • Fully accredited training and ongoing development opportunities
  • A supportive and friendly team that values and respects you
  • Flexible working patterns:
    • 4 days per week
    • Alternate weeks: Mon–Fri and Mon–Sun

About You

You don’t need prior care experience—we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your attitude and values.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is kind, patient, and genuinely caring
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in English
  • Has a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Has basic IT skills for record-keeping
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Takes a proactive, positive approach to supporting others
