We are actively recruiting for compassionate Night Responders to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of Berwick.

💷 Competitive Pay
We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid:
- 💰 Monday–Sunday: £14.06 per hour, Block Pay/Shift Pay
- Use of company car and fuel covered
Our services operate 7 days a week. 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. This includes weekends and bank holidays (including over the festive period🎅)
We are currently looking for staff to cover the below shifts patterns:
- 00.15am-8.15am
- 3/4 nights per week
🌟 About the Roles & Specific Packages
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently welcoming applications from both male and female care professionals to cover new referrals.
(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
Job Description
What you'll do
As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you'll provide essential overnight support to people in their own homes, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and independent throughout the night.
You'll:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect during overnight visits.
- Support with medication, mobility, and repositioning where required.
- Monitor wellbeing and respond calmly to any overnight needs.
- Offer reassurance and companionship to help people feel safe and secure.
- Complete light household tasks where appropriate to maintain a safe environment.
- Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team delivering high-quality overnight care.

Qualifications
What we're looking for
No experience? No problem. Whether you're starting your career or bringing previous care experience, what matters most is your compassion and commitment.
We're looking for people who are:
- Naturally caring and compassionate.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently at night.
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn through our full training and ongoing support.
