Care Assistant – Full-Time Role

Location & Pay
- Based in Sale, Altrincham, or Wythenshawe
- £14.60 – £15.60 per hour
- Plus paid holiday and enhanced Bank Holiday pay

Job Description
About the Role
No prior experience required – our training is fully funded for new starters. Based in the following postcode areas: M33, WA14, WA15, M23, M22.
A driving licence is required, along with your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Building lasting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, helping with mobility)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Running errands and managing medication reminders
- Ensuring every visit lasts a minimum of 1 hour, which supports client stability
