Job Description

At Home Instead Swindon & Vale of White Horse, we are looking for new Care Assistant's to join the team and support clients living across Swindon, Highworth and Vale of White Horse areas. We are looking for people who can work our core times (mornings and evenings).

You will need to be flexible, caring, and adaptable and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to those you visit.

As a Care Assistant with us, you will provide high quality care and the role will include:

  • Delivering personal care and supporting with medication
  • Ensuring clients have had a hot meal and fluids
  • Providing valuable companionship and conversation
  • Light home help tasks
  • Adapting quickly to different clients and environments
  • Potential to support with on call duties in the future

As a Care Assistant with us we can offer you:

What do we need from you?

Due to the nature of the role, we need you to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will need to be aged 18 or over and be able to work an alternate weekend (both Saturday & Sunday)
