Company Description
Home Instead South Cheshire covers Scholar's Green, Bettley, Alsager, and Sandbach. We are looking for Care Professionals who are kind, compassionate, and want to make a difference in people's lives - with the availability to work one evening a week and alternative weekends. We have been providing services in the area since 2007 and are proud of making a difference to thousands of elderly people's lives, helping them remain independent at home. We have full-time and part-time roles available with various contracts.
Job Description
Homecare Assistant Benefits:
- Great rates of pay - from £12.75 per hour, plus £25.50 enhanced bank holiday rates
- Minimum 1 hour calls – giving you the time to care.
- Part-time/Full-time/Guaranteed contract - from 10 hours part-time to 35+ hours full-time.

Responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is an essential role supporting older people to live well at home. With the support of our team and industry-leading training, you can feel fully equipped to deliver the high-quality care Home Instead has become known for.
Here’s what you could be doing:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Attending activities in the community
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
