As we support clients across rural communities in the South Hams, including accompanying them to appointments, social activities, and local outings, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle insured for business use.
Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate Care Professionals to support our clients. With minimum 1-hour visits, you’ll have the time to build genuine relationships and deliver exceptional care.
Your day may include:
- Personal care support — helping with morning and evening routines
- Meal preparation — creating simple, nutritious meals
- Household assistance — light cleaning, laundry and keeping the home comfortable
- Errands and appointments — shopping, prescription collection or accompanying clients
- Social activities — enjoying hobbies, outings or a friendly chat
- Companionship — the heart of everything we do

Qualifications
- Care experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (insured for Class 1 Business use)
- Experience with dementia is valuable
- Right to work in the UK - the role requires applicants to reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK
