What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide exceptional person-centred care by:
- Supporting patients with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Accurately documenting care and reporting any concerns promptly.
- Working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Delivering compassionate, respectful and high-quality care every shift.
