We’re now looking for reliable, friendly, and trustworthy individuals to join our expanding team across Inverclyde. With clients spread throughout our community, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential but alternative transport will be considered if absolutely necessary.

Pay & Benefits
Compensation and Earning Structure
- Base pay: £13.50 per hour
- Bank holidays: double time
- Mileage reimbursement: 33p to 45p per mile
- Part-time, flexible hours available

What You’ll Be Doing
- Companionship & Emotional Support
- Provide meaningful conversation, social engagement and outings that brighten clients’ days
- General Household Assistance
- Help with light cleaning, cooking, or tidying to create a warm, homely environment
- Non-Medical Personal Care
- Support with tasks like dressing, grooming, or mobility (starting with full training provided)
No prior experience is required — we just need people who genuinely care.

Requirements (You Must Have)
- Competent communication skills, empathy, and a compassionate approach
- Willingness to dedicate meaningful time to your client’s well-being — making a real impact in the community
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for transporting between Inverclyde locations)
Covering exceptions for alternative transport depends on the specific needs of the client.
- This position is subject to an enhanced PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) disclosure as standard practice for working with adults.
