Hours: Full Time / Part Time Available (with every other weekend off)
Contract: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting Daily Living: Providing compassionate care and support tailored to each resident's needs, preferences, and choices.
- Building Meaningful Relationships: Taking time to get to know residents, their life stories, interests, and what matters most to them.
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging residents to remain active, engaged, and involved in daily life wherever possible.
- Delivering Person-Centred Care: Supporting residents with dignity, respect, and kindness at all times as well as attending to their personal care.
- Creating Special Moments: Whether it's enjoying a chat over a cup of tea, celebrating birthdays, or supporting activities, you'll help make every day meaningful.
- Working Together: Collaborating closely with your colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
