We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals who can provide personal and meaningful care in clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities for clients
- Support mobility and transfers safely and comfortably
- Help with meal preparation when required
- Manage medication assistance with clients
- Engage in companionship and social activities, fostering meaningful connections
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Observe and report any health changes (physical or mental) promptly
- Keep accurate records of care provided
- Participate in regular training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
Essential
- Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle (drivers preferred, as some clients need transport support)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (likely Enhanced and registered with the DBS update service)
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and a caring nature
- Reliability, patience, and empathy – compassion and reliability are critical for this role
Location & Workplace
- Must be available to work across Norwich and surrounding areas
- Must have permission to work in the UK (no sponsorship licence available)
Previous Experience
- While not always mandatory, previous care experience is beneficial
- A trusting, honest attitude is more important than formal qualifications
