Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Richmond Villages Bede, Hospital Lane, Bedworth, CV12 0PB
Salary range: £13.10 per hour & Excellent Benefits
Contract: Permanent Days & Nights Available
Shift Pattern: Days: 8am–8pm, 8am–2pm or 2pm–8pm | Nights: 8pm–8am | Weekend rota required.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
- Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
- Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
- Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
- Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
