About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will make a real difference in the lives of our local clients by providing:

  • Companionship Care: Emotional support and meaningful engagement to ensure clients feel valued and cared for.
  • Personal Care: Assistance with day-to-day tasks, maintaining dignity and independence.
  • Home Support: Help with household duties to create a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
  • Continuity of Care: Nurturing long-term relationships with clients through consistent and compassionate support.

About You

We are looking for: ✅ Experienced, mature, and flexible individuals with a background in care (as requested by clients). ✅ Candidates from other sectors such as retail, hospitality, childcare, customer service, or delivery driving—no prior care experience is required (training provided). ✅ Must reside in Chiswick, Hammersmith & Fulham, Acton, Ealing, Shepherd’s Bush, or West Kensington.
