Care Assistant - Crosby & Formby
£13.51 per hour + 30p per mile mileage | Full & Part-Time Hours

What will you be doing?
You'll be supporting people in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible.
Every visit is different, but you could be:
- Helping someone get ready for their day
- Supporting with washing, dressing and personal care
- Preparing a meal or helping someone with eating and drinking
- Supporting with medication
- Helping with everyday tasks around the home
- Having a chat and providing companionship
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Getting to know the people you support and building genuine relationships
- Keeping families and colleagues updated about any changes or concerns

No previous care experience? That's absolutely fine.
We'll provide you with full training and ongoing support through the Optimo Learning Academy, so you'll have everything you need to feel confident in your role.

For certain routes, you'll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Hours
Care is provided 7 days a week between 7:00am and 11:00pm.
We're looking for people who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and are available to work every other weekend.
We'll provide your rota 2 weeks in advance, helping you balance work with your life outside of work.
