Company Description

A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is an essential requirement for this community-based role. Applicants must live locally to Mansfield. This role is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure.
We believe that great care takes time, that's why we provide a minimum of a 1 hour with our clients. It’s about seeing the individual behind the care plan, listening to what matters to them and never making someone feel like they are being rushed through a list of tasks.

Job Description
Every day will be different, but you assist with:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Supporting clients with personal care
- Helping with meals and light household tasks
- Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
- Accompanying clients on outings or appointments
- Helping with medication, where appropriate and after training
- Offering reassurance, friendship and emotional support
- Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you care for
