Job Description
Position:
Care Assistant (Irvine and surrounding areas)
Pay & Benefits:
- £13.50 per hour
- Double time on bank holidays
- Mileage: 33p–45p per mile
- Flexible part-time hours
- Driving licence and own vehicle essential

What You’ll Be Doing
- Companionship: Engaging in chats, outings, and meaningful time.
- General housekeeping: Assisting with cooking, cleaning, and creating a homely environment.
- Non-medical personal care, with full training included.
No experience needed. We simply want vulnerable individuals who genuinely care.

Qualifications & Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, reliable, and an excellent communicator
- Someone who wants to make a genuine difference in an older person’s life
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for visiting clients across Inverclyde—alternative transport arrangements only considered in exceptional cases)
- Subject to an enhanced PVG check (due to working with vulnerable adults)
