Whether that’s helping with daily routines, assistant with personal care, sharing a laugh over a cup of tea, or simply being a listening ear.

In this role, it’s not just about providing care it’s about creating moments of joy, dignity, and connection. You’ll help write the small, meaningful chapters in someone’s story, and in return, you’ll be part of a community that values and supports you too. Please note, that all our roles are subject to an enhanced police check (Disclosure Barring Service – DBS) before employment commences.

- Support residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes
- Promote resident dignity which is person centred and respects individual choices
- Share moments of laughter, conversation, and companionship
- Encourage residents to take part in activities and enjoy their hobbies
- Provide comfort and reassurance when residents need a little extra care
- Work as part of a close-knit team to make every day safe, joyful, and fulfilling
- Ensure all our care is documented and any concerns are escalated to the Nurse in charge.
