Part-Time Care Assistant – Deal, Kent

Morning & Afternoon Shifts

About the Role

We’re recruiting kind and reliable Care Assistants for older adults in Deal, Sandwich & Dover, Kent. As part of a new office in the local community, we’re seeking compassionate, caring professionals eager to contribute to meaningful care in a growing team.

Part-time opportunities available with flexible shifts:

  • Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 21:00
  • Monday to Friday + alternate weekend requirements

Hours will adjust as our client base expands. Ideal for those wanting a growing, new, and rewarding opportunity where a friendly smile and caring heart make all the difference.


What You’ll Do

Our philosophy: "Care as it should be"—unhurried, personal, and rewarding.

With visits lasting at least an hour, you’ll provide:

  • Personal care and mobility support
  • Meal preparation (food & hot drinks)
  • Light domestic tasks to maintain comfort & safety
  • Belligerent companionship—conversation and emotional support

Hours & Shift Details

A mix of:

  • Morning: 07:00–14:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00–21:00
