Job Description
We are seeking kind, compassionate individuals dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by joining our team at the Edgbaston office as a CareGiver. This rewarding role involves providing a variety of non-medical, person-centred support services to enable clients to maintain independence in their own homes.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily duties may include (dependent on client needs):
- Personal care assistance:
- Assisting with toileting and personal hygiene
- Supporting with dressing and self-care
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Medication prompts (note: this does not include administering medication)
- Household tasks:
- Light cleaning duties
- Laundry and washing
- Social and emotional stimulation:
- Accompanying clients to shops, pharmacies, and social groups
- Participating in activities and companionship

Hourly Visits
Visits typically include:
- Breakfast, lunch, tea
- Bedtime visits and overnight care (depending on client requirements).
Requirements
- No formal care experience required: We offer full training and mentorship onsite.
- Ideal candidates may have:
- Personal experience caring for a family member or supporting elderly friends.
- Voluntary work in a care-related context.
- Essential qualities:
- A genuine passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and respectfulness.
- Enjoyment in building professional relationships and spending time with others.
- Comfort with home visits and maintaining professional boundaries.
