Care Assistant – At Home Instead (Ashford & Surrounding Areas)
About the Role
We’re seeking kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Ashford and surrounding areas. You will work:
- Mornings (7am – 2pm)
- Alternate weekends
- Guaranteed Hours contracts available for extra job security

Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care and mobility
- Helping with meal preparation (e.g., comforting cups of tea)
- Keeping homes tidy and safe
- Sharing laughter, stories, and companionship
- Supporting with basic health tasks:
- Catheter care (training provided)
- Stoma care (training provided)
- Nail care (training provided)
No prior care experience? Absolutely fine—we provide full training, support, and encouragement from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Full driving licence + access to a vehicle (essential for travel)
