Company Description We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Ashford and surrounding areas. You will required to work Mornings, 7am - 14:00 and alternate Weekends, with Guaranteed Hours contracts available for extra security!. If you have a caring heart and a friendly smile, you can make someone’s day — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. At Home Instead, we focus on quality care, offering both companionship and personal support so clients can live safely, comfortably and with dignity. Job Description Care as it should be — unhurried, personal, rewarding!. At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll be supporting older adults with things like: Personal care and mobility Making a meal or a comforting cuppa Keeping their home tidy and safe Sharing stories, laughter and companionship Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided) No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
