Company Description
We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Deal, Kent.
You be required to work the Morning shift which is 07:00-14:00, Mon-Friday and we would also need you to be able to work alternate Weekends with Guaranteed Hours Contracts available for extra security.

You’ll be supporting older adults with things like:
- Personal care and mobility
- Making a meal or a comforting cuppa
- Keeping their home tidy and safe
- Sharing stories, laughter and companionship
- Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided)
No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Right to work in the UK
- Full Driving Licence & access to a Car
- Clear English and good communication skills
