Part-Time Care Assistant – Deal, Kent
About the Role
We are seeking kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in the Deal, Kent area. As a brand-new part of the local community, we are looking for caring individuals who passionately want to make a difference and be part of an exciting, growing team.

- Flexible shifts (Morning: 07:00–14:00, Afternoon: 14:00–21:00)
- Monday–Friday availability with alternate weekend shifts as we build our client base

Responsibilities
You’ll support older adults with:
- Personal care and mobility
- Meal preparation, including comforting drinks
- Maintaining their home (keeping it tidy, safe, and welcoming)
- Companionship (sharing conversations and laughter)
- Assisting with health tasks (e.g., catheter care, stoma care, nail care) – All training provided
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence with access to a car
- Clear English communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping people stay independent at home with dignity and respect
- Caring attitude and ability to connect easily with others
