Previous care experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. We'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to become a great Care Assistant.

What you'll be doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to live safely and independently in their own homes. This may include:
- Personal care and support
- Helping with everyday tasks
- Meal preparation
- Supporting independence and wellbeing
- Companionship and conversation
- Supporting individuals with their personal routines
- Working alongside families and other professionals where appropriate
