Job Description

Our Care Assistants are carefully matched with clients and introduced in advance, ensuring familiarity, trust, and continuity. At one of our branches, one of our team members had supported the same client for over 10 years—something we’re incredibly proud of!
Every day is different, but your role would include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
- Assisting with medication and personal care
- Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke
- Assisting with clinical needs, such as:
- Changing compression stockings
- Supporting with catheter care
- Helping people continue living safely and comfortably in their own home.

Requirements
We need committed, caring individuals who:
- Have a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients
- Are aged 18 or over with availability to work two alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Hold a full driving licence with access to a private vehicle (due to territory coverage)
