Job Description
We are seeking kind, friendly, compassionate and reliable people to join our domiciliary care team. You will support our clients in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Must Have
- A full UK driving licence and use of your own car
Responsibilities
- You'll get to know who your clients are, what their sense of humour is like, along with what interests them in your professional role.
- Help clients to start their day, or settle for the evening, assisting with their personal care routines and any medication prompts.
- Contribute to a homely environment by helping with light household chores and breakfast or supper preparation.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients and families, enjoy providing first-class care and comfort.

Skills and Qualities Required
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care
- Good communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and families
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel between clients’ homes - driving licence with access to your own car needed for home visits, grocery shopping, and taking clients out to appointments and fun outings
- Happy to follow instructions, care plans, and procedures
We are looking for candidates who can work weekdays between 4pm-10pm and 2 out of 4 weekends each month.
