Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Evening/Weekend Care Assistant to join our team in Brighton, United Kingdom. As an Evening/Weekend Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and care to our clients in their homes during the evening hours. Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients' dietary requirements Perform light housework to maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Accompany clients to evening appointments or social activities when required Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents or concerns Collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of care Respond appropriately to emergencies and seek assistance when necessary Qualifications To work for us, you must: Have the Right to Work in UK Hold a full UK Driving Licence and own transport (if applicable) Consent to an enhanced DBS check Be over 18 Please note that we are not offering sponsorship at this time.
