What Does a Care Assistant Actually Do?
You'll support people in their own homes with things such as:
- Personal care
- Medication
- Meals and nutrition
- Companionship
- Everyday activities
- Maintaining independence
- Getting out and about
- Simply being there when someone needs support
You'll get to know your regular customers and build genuine relationships with them.
It's care that's personal – not just another call on a rota.
What We Need From You
- Female applicants only (Schedule 9, Equality Act 2010)
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own car for work
- Availability to work alternate weekends – Saturday and Sunday
- Right to work in the UK or eligibility under the specific sponsorship criteria for this vacancy
