Company Description

HAVE YOU GOT SOME TIME IN THE EVENINGS? Maybe even just a couple of hours to help make a difference to others?

Home Instead Dartford is a fast growing family-run business with a personal touch and great passion, as well as part of the leading home care provider in the country.

We are proud winners of a 'Workbuzz 5* Employer Award' six years running and have been rated 'Good' in all areas by CQC.

We cover Belvedere, Erith, Bexley, Dartford, West Gravesend and surrounding areas and are looking for kind and compassionate home care workers who love to care and help others.

To us it really IS personal. We WANT to promote that personal relationship. We want you to understand the client and provide better and more personal care to them. This builds trust and confidence for both of you and gives reassurance to the families. You will be allocated the same client as often as possible to keep continuity for you both.

In order to get to know each other and build a meaningful relationship, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour long; no rushed visits and with enough time scheduled to reach your next client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
