Guardian Angel Carers Lincoln & Newark is recruiting Care Assistants (Care Angels) to support people living in their own homes across Newark, Lincoln, and surrounding areas.

Job Description

We offer flexible working options, including:

The Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centered home care to clients in the community. Duties may include:

This is a community-based role involving travel between client visits, supporting people to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.

Pay and Benefits

This is an employed role with the following benefits:

What We’re Looking For

  • Compassionate, reliable people with a positive attitude

  • A full driving licence and access to a car, as this role involves travelling between visits

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. Full training is provided.
