Job Description: Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, your primary responsibility is to enhance the independence and well-being of clients in their homes. Your tasks will include:

- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Providing personal care and support while respecting dignity and privacy.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including:
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Ensuring safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with the care team.
- Thriving in a team of like-minded, supportive individuals.
Requirements & Qualities
We’re looking for dedicated individuals with:
✔ No prior experience necessary – full training provided. ✔ Enhanced Adult DBS check required for eligible roles. ✔ Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving. ✔ A valid driver’s license and reliable transport. ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to work alternate weekends.
