## Job Description
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to their clients’ lives. This fulfilling role (Edgbaston Office) is open for a CareGiver, who will provide non-medical support to help seniors remain independent in their homes.
The role’s requirements vary per client but may include:
- Personal care (e.g., toileting, assisting with hygiene)
- Meal preparation
- Medication prompts
- Homecare tasks (laundry, cleaning, washing up)
- Companionship through shopping trips, pharmacy visits, and attending social activities
- Specialist Alzheimer’s and dementia care training (fully provided—no prior experience needed)
Visits typically include breakfast, lunch, tea, and bedbreaking shifts, depending on client needs.
## Qualifications & Requirements No formal experience in care is required—as you will receive full training. However, it is desirable if you:
- Have personal experience helping a loved one or a relevant voluntary role
- Show a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on outstanding service delivery
- Are reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
- Enjoy building professional friendships and spending time with clients
