Care Assistant – Hamilton, Scotland

Job Description: What You'll Do
Every day as a Care Assistant delivers unique challenges and life-changing outcomes. Your support helps individuals maintain independence in their homes, restoring—and preserving—dignity, autonomy, and joy.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Support individuals to stay independent in their own homes
- Provide personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Assist with medication administration, mobility, and mealtime needs
- Become an integral, trusted member of a close-knit, local care team
Key Requirements
No Prior Experience? No Problem!
We look for heart not hands-on experience. More important than past roles, we’re searching for individuals who bring:
✅ A natural propensity for compassion and care ✅ Reliability and a strong commitment to their role ✅ A willingness to learn, backed by full training and support
Minimum Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (required due to driving routes)
- Access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed, paid locally)
