Complex Care Support Worker – Godalming

Location: Godalming, Surrey

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £16.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 12-hour days and night shifts

Minimum Commitment: 24 hours per week

Make a Difference Every Day

HFH Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced care Assistant to support our client with his complex care needs. Our client is a gentleman with a healthy sense of humour who lives in the home with his wife and son. He would like a support worker who understands that his family is important and it is his home. You will be working 1:1 with this lovely gentleman in his home for either 12 hour days or 12 hour nights. As this are long shifts it provides the great opportunity to really build a bond and close relationship with the client.

  • Minimum 6 months' professional care experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs is desirable
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to work independently within a client's home environment
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour day and/or night shifts
