Company Description
Is there any greater reward than changing a life?
At Home Instead, we believe care should feel as good to give as it does to receive. We are proud to deliver relationship-led care that supports people to live independently, comfortably, and happily in their own homes.
What makes us different is simple, we focus on people. For our clients, that means companionship, dignity, and trust. For our Care Professionals, it means a role that is genuinely rewarding, enjoyable, and full of purpose.
Job Description
The Role
As a Care Professional, you won’t just be supporting someone, you’ll be building a real relationship with them.
With minimum one-hour visits and consistent clients, you’ll have the time to get to know the people you support, share conversations, laughter, and meaningful moments that make every day different.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
