We are recruiting caring and reliable Care Assistants to support our client at a well-established care home in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents with meals and hydration.
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team.

Requirements
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
