We are recruiting Care Assistants across Essex and East London, including, but not limited to:

💷 Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday: £14.80 per hour
- Saturday: £14.95 per hour
- Sunday: £15.15 per hour
🕒 Available Shifts – Seven Days a Week
- Day shifts: 06:00/07:00–14:00
- Evening shifts: 14:00–22:00/23:00
✨ Guaranteed hours are available for the right candidates, giving you the security of regular work.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Assisting with the preparation and administration of medication
- Supporting mobility and the safe use of aids and equipment
- Preparing meals and snacks and providing mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties, including laundry, making beds, and light cleaning
- Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

Qualifications

Experience isn’t essential – we’ll provide full training. What matters is your compassion, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
