Care Professional – One-Hour Visits | Time to Care | £13–£14 + Mileage

Covering Retford and surrounding villages including: Retford, Ordsall, Hallcroft, Clarborough, Ranskill, Grove, North Wheatley, Woodbeck, Sturton le Steeple, South Leverton, Rampton, Laneham, Clayworth, Ranby, Gamston, Torworth, Barnby Moor, Askham, Lound, Treswell, Hayton, Kneesall, Bothamsall, Bole, Rockley, Cottam, West Drayton, West Markham, Eaton, Headon, Babworth, Welham, Bevercoates.
About the Role
At Home Instead, we believe care should never be rushed. That’s why every visit is a minimum of one hour, creating meaningful, person-centred relationships for our clients.

What You’ll Receive
- £13/hour (weekdays)
- £14/hour (weekends)
- Double pay on bank holidays
- 30p per mile for client travel
- 16–30 hours/week (Guaranteed hours contract available)
- Every second weekend off
- Full training provided (no experience needed)
- City & Guilds-accredited dementia training (available)

Your Availability
We’re looking for care professionals who can commit to:
- Shifts: 06.45 AM – 2:30 PM and 3:45 PM – 9:45 PM
- Essential: Alternate weekends
- Flexibility to support client continuity
How You’ll Make a Difference
Our clients depend on us for stability, respect, and meaningful connection. Your role may include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing)
- Light household tasks
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping

Essential Requirements
✔ Valid UK driving licence ✔ Own vehicle with business-use insurance ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) ✔ Satisfactory work/character references
