Job Description
Care Professional – One-Hour Visits | Mornings, Evenings & Weekends | £13–£14 per hour + Mileage
Part-time role: up to 16 hours per week across early and late shifts
We need carers in these areas: S25, S26 and S66

What You’ll Receive
- £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends
- Double time on bank holidays
- 30p mileage between clients
- Up to 16 hours a week
- Every second weekend off

- Between 7:00am–2:30pm and 3:45pm–9:45pm
- Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
- Some flexibility to support client continuity
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Care Professional, you’ll help people feel safe, supported and comfortable in their own homes. Your visits may include:
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
- Light household tasks
- Medication prompts
- Meal preparation
- Attending appointments or shopping

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health and Safety awareness or basic training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
- Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development
- Reliable transport and punctuality record
- Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity
