Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Watford & Borehamwood
Contract: Part-Time
Salary: £13 - £13.50 per hour plus travel time

Pay & Hours:
At Radfield Home care, we pay you for your time with the client but also your time travelling between clients plus mileage.
- £13.00/hour weekdays, £13.50/hour weekends.
- Travel time is paid at your standard hourly rate plus 45p per mile for mileage.
Working Patterns:
We are currently looking for candidates who are available to work mornings between 7 am and 12:30 pm along with alternate weekend availability.
We can also offer additional shifts in the evenings if you are looking for additional hours.
Area Covered:
Watford, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley & Kings Langley (Insert Postcodes) and surrounding areas.

In your role, you will:
- Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes.
- A range of support with personal care.
- Household tasks, medication support, and companionship.
Induction and Training:
You will complete a 12-week induction and on-boarding programme giving you all the support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients.
