Position: Full Time / 36 hours
Location: Tegfield House Care Home, 24 Chilbolton Avenue, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 5HD

About the Role
We have full and part-time roles available, both days and nights, and offer great flexibility. If you need reduced hours or would prefer a contract of more than 40 hours, we can accommodate this. Please outline your preference on application.

As a Care Assistant
You will provide high-quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.

Your Role
- Create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere
- Put residents' needs first
- Provide a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual
- Respect differences and recognize our staff and residents will have different needs
Requirements
- No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training
- Demonstrate a flexible, hard-working, and caring attitude
- Desire to work as part of a dedicated team
- Right to work in the UK
