Job Description
We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes during night shifts at St Barts in Rye.
If you’re kind, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you. No experience is needed — just a caring attitude and a willingness to learn.
St Barts is an Extra Care facility designed to support independent living. Residents have their own space and the freedom to come and go as they choose, with our team on hand to help with day-to-day needs.
Night rates are £13.71 on weekdays and £13.71 on weekends. The overnight wake rate is £13.71 for both weekdays and weekends.

- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence support
- Managing medication
- Preparing hot meals
- Carrying out light domestic tasks
- Offering companionship, reassurance, and a sense of safety
Shift Details
Shift pattern: Night shifts from 9:30pm to 7:30am, including alternate weekends
