Home Introduction:
The Cotswold Home is situated in a beautiful area close to the lovely town of Burford. Offering the highest levels of residential and nursing care provided by a team of experienced and committed staff.
About The Role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents.
What you'll do:
- Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
- Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of our residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies, and other social activities and recreations.
- Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
- Ensure residents' physical environment meets their needs.
