Care Assistant (Days and Nights)

Location: Marton Moss, Blackpool

A GBP 13.45 per hour Permanent Full and Part-Time Hours Available

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant looking to join a high-quality residential care home where residents always come first?

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly regarded care provider seeking experienced Care Assistants to join their friendly and supportive team on Day or Night shifts.

  • A Level 2 qualification (or above) in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working within a residential or nursing care setting.
  • A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A reliable, organised and professional attitude.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining accurate care records.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
