Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing: Care, Connection & Kindness
- Provide genuine companionship by engaging in meaningful conversation, sharing moments over tea, and offering warmth during those brighter spring days.
- Support daily routines such as dressing, personal care, bathing, and grooming, ensuring clients feel confident and prepared for each day.
- Prepare nourishing meals, from simple lunches to comforting evening dishes, to support health and well-being.
- Offer medication reminders (full training provided) to help clients adhere to their health routines.
- Assist with light household chores—keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming, especially as the seasons change.
- Provide reassurance and emotional support, serving as a calm, consistent, and dependable presence clients look forward to seeing.
- Complete simple care notes to ensure the wider team and families stay informed and can continue offering high-quality support.

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal Care Professional will have:
- A kind, empathetic, and emotionally aware mindset, prioritising attentiveness and reassurance.
- Life experience and maturity, providing a steady, reliable focus to your work.
- Dependability and trustworthiness—you’ll be entrusted with clients’ well-being.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to form relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability, responding thoughtfully to clients’ unique needs and evolving routines.
- A willingness to learn—no prior experience is necessary as full training is provided.
- Physical ability to safely support mobility and personal care tasks.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car, essential for providing on-site support.
