We are part of a brand-new local office in the Deal, Sandwich & Dover area seeking kind, reliable Care Assistants who truly want to make a positive impact in their community.

Responsibilities
You’ll provide compassionate, tailored support to older adults in their homes, including:
- Personal care & mobility assistance
- Preparing meals and hot drinks
- Light household tasks to keep their homes safe and comfortable
- Companionship, conversation and a friendly, attentive presence

Hours & Flexibility
- Morning shifts: 07:00–14:00
- Afternoon shifts: 14:00–21:00
- Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends required
- Shift availability varies as we expand our client base—ideal for those wanting a dynamic, evolving role
