Join our friendly, supportive home-care team in a meaningful role that offers great work-life balance and job satisfaction, whilst making a difference every day for our clients in their own homes, in the Wokingham, Winnersh, Woodley, Earley, Shinfield and Twyford areas.
Benefits Include:
- Pay from £14.75 p/h days (Day rate is from 7am - 7pm)
- from £16.85 p/h Evenings
- from £16.85 p/h Weekends
- from £22.13 p/h Bank Holidays
- 35p per mile mileage
- Around 20 hours per week
- 28 days annual leave pro-rata
- Company pension scheme
- Paid induction, shadowing and on-going training
Your Availability for Work:
- Days: 8:30am–2:30pm (2+ days/week) or
- Evenings: 4:30pm–9:30pm (2+ evenings/week)
- plus Alternate weekends: 8:30am–2:30pm or 4:30pm–9:30pm
Location:
You will visit our clients in their own homes in the local community. Our clients live in the Wokingham, Winnersh, Woodley, Earley, Shinfield & Twyford areas.

Requirements:
- Reliability, a caring nature and good communication skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Live close to Wokingham, Woodley and Twyford areas.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and help with activities.
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals.
- Light housework.
- Manage medication.
- Support with personal care.
