A new opportunity has become available at Home Instead Doncaster.
We are looking for an advanced support worker fluent in Polish and English! Join our team to look after a Polish client.
This is a part-time position of up to 16 hours per week at variable start and finish times based at the client's home in Doncaster.
Our client has a brain injury and requires support with medication, meal prep, companionship, and to be taken out to engage in social activities such as going to the cinema.
Here at Home Instead, we believe care should never be rushed.
That’s why every visit we deliver is a minimum of one hour, creating the time and space for genuine, person-centred relationships.

What You’ll Receive
- £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends
- Double time on bank holidays
- 30p mileage between clients
- 12–16 hours to start (more as the rota grows)

Your Availability
We’re looking for people who can work:
- 8am - 2.30pm and 4pm - 9pm shifts
- Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
- Some flexibility to support client continuity

Qualifications
- Experience in support work would be beneficial
